• Challange 1. Real-time Monitoring 'is a no brianer'. Watching for surprises??? Needs thinking, doing
• Challenge 2. Assess Outcomes - a process that monitors both the actions, e.g. emission change and response, say concentration change. He will think more about it.
• Challenge 3. Adoptive Managment - this is close to his hart; systems respose (action-reaction) is faster and more alined with goals; and agile/adoptive infosystem can help closing the managment feedback loop.
