Revisit methods used in Chattanooga study

  • Fix the OCsb equations, to reflect the higher OC to OCM multiplier for smoke and secondary OC
  • Add new displays to the DataFed.net template as per the comments received on the report
  • Develop cookbook DataFed.net user guide with example steps to do spatial aggregations, templates, etc. (to make the system more user friendly, and therefore used more)

Provide analytical framework to examine exceptional events, using datafed.net... to be part of EPA guidance
