Screencasts link in the left sidebar leads to a page that lists all previous screencasts as well as allows the user to register new screencasts similar to the way that bugs/wishes are created. Each screencast has a page created by typing the title into the text box and then clicking create page.

The screencast template has places to fill in the link to the screencast, approximate time, and any relavent links like ppts or other wiki pages that refer to the screencast.
