New Web Coverage Services (WCS) has been created for serving emissions datasets.
Point, area, and mobile source emissions:
http://128.252.202.21/WCS.php?REQUEST=GetCapabilities
Gridded emissions:
http://datafed2.seas.wustl.edu/wcs/neisgei.wcs?REQUEST=GetCapabilities
The emissions WCS is also described on the NEISGEI portal.
The data are currently used in two clients:
