Del.icio.us allows users to add a tag description. Wiki could have similar tag descriptions on the [[category:tag]] page. Think about how to use attributes to group structured tag sets.

structured tags groups are related to tags. So tag page has relationship to struct. tag and the structured tag group lists all tags that are included + query of pages using this struct. tag set. can have a dynamic list of struct. tag groups.

Tag del.icio.us pages with groups of structured tags. Can use desc. field of del.icio.us registration.
