2. make rich kml, metadata program to have multiple ways of suppliyibng the metadata, wiki+xslt, vanilla tex or html,

here's outline of a view to do it:

settings:lat_min=24

S1=wms...

S2=make descriptor snippet: const html page

S3=kml maker&source=S1, &snippet=S2 &lat_min
