Allow WCS GetCoverage requests to return a spatial resolution that matches the resolution of the source data. For example, if a request is made to a WCS server for an subset of an image with a 1km resolution, the grid available within DataFed is also at 1km. Currently, the data are resampled for purposes of grid size reduction and visualization.
