Need way for user to add additional needed facet values

The trial of this will be to allow users to add new originator or distributor. They will have to add address, url and then that will show up in the available distributor/orginators list.

Distributor/originator and POC are in tables that can be added to by users. the metadata editor has 'add new' button and a new contact is added. other facets could also include 'add new' and immediately update editors with new values.
