The goal of the proposed Air Quality Observatory (AQO) project is to enhance the linkage between the air quality and meteorological communities through effective cyberinfrastructure. In air quality the DataFed infrastructure provides access many distributed data sets. In meteorology, Unidata supports a large community of researchers, educators, and decision-makers needing observational data. The proposed AQO will combine these cyberinfrastructures..
