Is there any limitations on how this data can be used? I do not plan on selling the data, just to use it as an data source in my data analysis presentations.

According to the Plymouth website data disclaimer: "The authorized use of this data is limited to academic and educational purposes only, and NOT for operational or commercial purposes."

Do you have a separate list with more data about each station? Things like full name, city, country, …

In the browser next to the loc code drop down box there is a link, 'view all', to a csv table that gives location name, state, country and lat/lon for the parameter.
